The PicoVNA 106 is one of a large number of vector network analyzers that do not have a screen on them, but are designed to be connected to a PC via a USB connector. There are several companies producing VNAs like this, from the low cost VNWA from SDR-kits, to the high-end models from Copper Mountain.
We have one customer who used our SMA kit successfully with a PicoVNA 106, from Picotech Kirkby Microwave can create files, with the extension .kit, with the coefficients of the calibration standards, to enable the PicoVNA to read the coefficients.
The hardware of the PicoVNA looks quite good, with a respectable 118 dB dynamic range, but at the time we look at this (around March 2018), we were not at all impressed with the software - it looks very dated! But we will support customers with the PicoVNA.
